This Müller’s larva of the marine flatworm was discovered by our research team during plankton sampling in the intertidal zone of Magang in northeastern Taiwan. The image shows the ventral view of the larva, with the anterior end facing upwards. To reveal microscopic structural details, molecular stains were applied to label F-actin (black) and cellular morphology (magenta).
