運用尖端氧化物分子束磊晶系統成長拓撲Weyl金屬SrRuO3薄膜並蝕刻成太陽輻形元件,實現了單一物質中電流整流效應,乃源自於獨特的拓撲電子表面及邊緣能態。此成果揭示拓撲物質在非交互電子元件及非線性光學應用上極具潛力。
Utilizing state-of-art molecular beam epitaxy system, thin films of topological Weyl metal SrRuO3 (SRO) were grown and patterned into a sunbeam-shaped device for measuring charge transport anisotropy. Both longitudinal and transverse current.
