We utilized a 344-nanometer pulse laser to excite fluorescent nanodiamonds, causing them to emit orange fluorescence. This allows us to convert ultraviolet light into visible light, serving as ultraviolet scintillator film. The purple light in the photo results from the combination of orange fluorescence from fluorescent nanodiamonds and blue fluorescence from glass.
